Terms and Conditions

Please familiarize yourself with the following rules in our facility; this will help both parties avoid unpleasant situations and allow us to focus on providing you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

  1. Scope of Activities: Liberta INN offers accommodation and tourism services.
  2. Compliance with the Regulations: Guests agree to abide by these terms, as well as health & safety and fire regulations, and to follow the staff’s instructions in exceptional circumstances.
  3. Liability for Damages: We are not responsible for damages resulting from guests’ failure to comply with the regulations or internal rules.
  4. Conclusion of the Rental Agreement: The rental agreement is concluded upon payment of a deposit of up to 30% of the total booking amount, within the deadline specified in the reservation confirmation.
  5. Refund of Deposit by the Facility: The deposit will be fully refunded if the service is not provided due to Liberta INN’s fault.
  6. Forfeiture of Deposit by the Guest: The deposit is forfeited if the guest cancels the reservation. Shortening the stay or reducing the number of guests does not entitle to a refund.
  7. Remaining Payment: The balance for the stay and the tourist tax are payable on arrival, no later than 12:00 the following day.
  8. Check-in: Guests must check in immediately upon arrival by presenting a photo ID to our staff.
  9. Hotel Day: Runs from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure.
  10. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00 and must be strictly observed.
  11. Personal Belongings Left on the Premises: We do not accept responsibility for items left behind by guests.
  12. Liability for Damage: Guests are fully financially responsible for any damage to equipment or fixtures caused by their actions.
  13. Repair Costs and Lost Keys: Guests will be charged for repairs of any damage discovered after departure and for replacement of lost keys.
  14. Prohibition on Personal Heating and Gas Devices: For safety reasons, the use of personal heaters, microwaves, radiators, gas appliances, or any other electrical devices not provided as room equipment is prohibited. Chargers and power adapters are allowed.
  15. Towels: Each reserved guest receives one large and one small towel.
  16. Prohibitions on the Premises:
    • Hosting unregistered visitors without the owner’s consent
    • Indecent or offensive behavior
    • Wearing ski boots inside the facility or bringing ski equipment into rooms
    • Smoking tobacco products outside designated areas (violations result in retention of the security deposit)
  17. Pets: We do not accept guests accompanied by animals.
  18. Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaving aggressively or offensively.
  19. Eviction for Violations: Guests who breach these rules will be required to leave without refund.
  20. Room Tidiness Upon Departure: Please leave the room in a tidy condition.
  21. Storage and Shipment of Left Items: Items left behind will be returned at the guest’s expense. If no instructions are received, items will be stored for one month and then destroyed.
  22. Complaints: Any complaints about service quality must be submitted within 24 hours of check-in. Complaints made on the day of check-out will not be considered.
  23. Effective Date: These regulations have been in effect since January 1, 2019.
